This Privacy Policy describes how Last Call ("the App," "we," "us") handles information when you use our mobile application. We built Last Call to be as simple as possible when it comes to your data: we don't collect, store, or have access to any personal information you provide, because the App doesn't ask you to provide any. There's no account, no sign-up, and no personal profile.
Last Call does not require or request:
There is no user registration, login, or profile of any kind.
The App saves your game progress — daily streaks, high scores, and similar gameplay data — directly on your device using standard local storage. This information is not transmitted to us, to any server we operate, or to any third party. It stays on your device and is only used to personalize your experience within the App (for example, remembering your streak). Uninstalling the App removes this data.
Last Call displays ads through Google AdMob to support the free version of the App, including rewarded video ads that you can choose to watch in exchange for in-game benefits.
Google AdMob may collect and process certain information to serve and measure ads, which can include:
This data collection is performed by Google, not by us directly, and is governed by Google's own privacy policy and practices. You can review how Google handles this data here: policies.google.com/privacy, and how AdMob specifically works here: support.google.com/admob.
You can limit ad personalization through your device settings:
Where required by law (for example, under GDPR in the European Economic Area and UK, or similar regulations elsewhere), the App will request your consent before showing personalized ads and will honor your choice.
Last Call is a cocktail and bartending trivia game intended for adults of legal drinking age in their respective country or region. It is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under the age of 13 (or the relevant minimum age in your jurisdiction). If you believe a child has provided us with information, please contact us using the details below so we can address it — though as noted above, the App does not collect personal information from any user in the first place.
We do not sell your data. We do not share any personal data with third parties, because we do not collect any. The only data processing that occurs is performed by Google AdMob as described above, under Google's own policies.
Since the App does not collect or transmit personal data to us, there is no personal data on our end to secure. Data stored locally on your device is protected by your device's own operating system security.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time, for example if the App's features change or if legal requirements change. We'll update the "Last updated" date above when we do. Continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
